Pasta products — Specification

Abstract

This East African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for pasta products derived
from wheat flour (Triticum Durum, Triticum Aestivum, Triticum Compactum) or any other suitable flour
intended for human consumption.
This standard applies to pasta products such as macaroni, spaghetti, vermicelli, noodles, short-cut pasta,
lasagna and similar products.
