Abstract

This Rwanda Standard specifies requirements for both acidic and alkaline detergents used for cleaning food processing equipment, machinery, piping, and other surfaces in food-processing establishments. It applies to detergents that may come into incidental contact with food and are intended for use on stainless steel and other compatible materials.
