Canned shrimps or prawns — Specification
Abstract

This African Standard applies to canned shrimps or prawns in hermetically sealed containers and
prepared from species of any of the following families:
(a) Penaeidae
(b) Pandalidae
(c) Crangonidae
(d) Palaemonidae
It does not apply to specialty products where shrimp or prawn constitutes less than 50% m/m of the
contents.
