Ware potato — Specification

Abstract

This East African standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for fresh ware potato of varieties (cultivars) grown from (Solanum osum L.) of the family Solanaceae for human consumption. This standard does not apply to ware potato for industrial processing and seed potato.
