Abstract

This East African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for aryl diamine-based
formulated powder hair dyes.
This standard only covers permanent powder hair dyes based on aryl diamines which act as primary
intermediates in dyes.
The standard does not apply to vegetable-based hair dyes, metallic-based hair dyes and liquid hair dyes.
