Cosmetic pencils — Specification

Abstract

This East African Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for cosmetic pencils.
The standard covers four types of cosmetic pencils:
a) eye-brow pencil;
b) eye-liner pencil;
c) bindi pencil; and
d) lip-liner pencil.
