Abstract

This East African Standard specifies requirements for foods processed by ionising radiation.
This standard is:
a) intended to be used in conjunction with other relevant codes of practice and food standards; and
b) not applicable to foods exposed to doses imparted by measuring instruments used for inspection
purposes.
