Natural coffee extract — Specification

Abstract

This East African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for natural coffee extract
obtained from Coffea arabica and Coffea robusta for use as a flavouring agent in food products.
This standard does not apply to liquid coffee concentrates.
