Abstract

This Rwanda Standard describes the actions of wind on structures and specifies methods for calculating characteristic values of wind loads for use in designing buildings and civil engineering works for each of the loaded areas under consideration. This includes the whole structure or parts of the structure or elements attached to the structure.
