Validation of food safety control measures — Guidelines
Abstract

This East African Standard provides guidelines for the validation of control measures at any stage of the food
chain.
The standard is intended to guide industry and governments on the validation of individual control measures,
limited combinations of control measures, or sets of control measure combinations forming a food safety
control system, such as Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and Good Hygiene Practice (GHP).
