Abstract

This East African Standard specifies requirements, sampling and test methods for natural cinnamon extract
obtained from the bark of cinnamon species namely Cinnamomum verum, Cinnamomum zeylanicum or
Cinnamon aromaticum for use as a flavouring agent in food products.
