Incineration plant for the destruction of hospital waste — Method of test and calculation for the performance
Abstract

This East African Standard describes methods of test for the performance of the incineration plant to
be carried out in accordance with EAS 491:2008 and as specified by the purchaser in accordance
with EAS 493:2008. These tests are made after installation when the plant is operating in accordance
with the manufacturer's instruction. In addition certain methods of calculation are given. Methods of
test for materials and methods of construction are not included.
