Abstract

This International Standard defines viscous hydrocarbons
and describes the difficulties that arise when
viscous hydrocarbons are raised to high temperatures.
The effects of such temperatures upon meters,
auxiliary equipment and fittings are discussed, and
advice and warnings to overcome or mitigate difficulties
are included.
