Abstract

This African Standard specifies a method for detection of Selenium by fluorometric method.
This method is applicable to fish tissues and various fish products. Selenium levels in the range between
0.05 ?g and 800 ?g may be determined. Higher selenium levels can be measured by making the
appropriate sample dilution
