Abstract

This Rwanda Standard prescribes handling, collection, transportation and storage of various categories of Electrical and Electronic waste (e-waste) to ensure the environment and human health is protected against
the potential adverse impacts of e-waste.
Consumer and industrial electrical and electronic waste are part of this Rwanda Standard and the various
categories covered by this Rwanda Standard are found in annex A.
Items referred to in the annex B are excluded in the application of this Rwanda Standard
