Solid waste — Handling, collection, transportation and disposal — Code of practice
Abstract

This Rwanda standard prescribes the recommended procedure for the handling, collection, transportation and disposal of domestic, commercial and industrial solid waste to ensure safety of operatives, passers-by, animals and the environment.
This standard does not cover waste from health-care units covered in RS 208, construction and demolition waste is covered in RS 367 and Electrical and Electronic wastes (E-waste) are covered by RS 276 (Part 1 and 2).
