Detergent industrial dishwashing equipment — Specification
Abstract

This Rwanda Standard specifies the requirements, sampling and test methods for detergent for industrial
dishwashing equipment.
It applies to different types of detergent for use in industrial dishwashing equipment of which the parts that
come into contact with the detergent are of stainless steel.
The detergents are not intended for cleaning crockery that has on-glaze decoration.
